SAFETY GLASSES CAN BE COOL.

According to the BLS, 37.6% of occupational injuries can be prevented by proper PPE use. The key to PPE, especially when it comes to glasses, is getting something that the user is comfortable wearing and it fits their style. This makes it more likely that the PPE will be used regularly.

Lets talk about Hi-Vis Workwear! Whats the difference in Class Types?

Class 1: Designed for low-risk environments where traffic does not exceed 25 mph (e.g., parking lots, warehouse workers).

Class 2: The most common standard, used near roadways where vehicle speeds are 25 to 50 mph, or around heavy machinery.

Class 3: Required for high-risk zones where traffic exceeds 50 mph or visibility is exceptionally poor (e.g., highway construction)

Last month we celebrated the retirement of long-time G&H team member Scott Wevik! Starting back in the early 1990's in our production area, 2026 marked 34 years with us! Many of our customers who have called in over the last 30+ years likely talked to Scott and he made a huge impact on the development of our team and what our company is today. We are proud to have had him as part of our family and wish him well and success as he starts his new chapter farming!
