Storage is easy. Flow is hard.

A warehouse full of inventory isn't always a sign that things are working well.

The real test is what happens next.

How quickly can products move? How visible is inventory? How efficiently can orders get out the door?

The best operations understand that storage and flow aren't competing priorities. They're connected.

Too much focus on storage can create bottlenecks. Too much focus on speed without visibility can create its own challenges.

National Paper Airplane Day brought out a level of competition we may not have been prepared for. ✈️

Designs were tested.

Throws were analyzed.

Questionable flight physics occurred.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice made possible so many of the freedoms we experience every day, and we’re grateful for those who gave everything in service to others.

One thing we appreciate around here is that when something needs to get done, people show up.

This week, that meant moving a conveyor belt that was equal parts heavy, awkward, and definitely not built for easy transport.

What made it even better was seeing people jump in from all over the building. Operations, sales, leadership, warehouse, and more all stepped in to help make it happen.

No big production, just communication, teamwork, and a group of people figuring it out together.

At Weisser Distributing, we know the best way to solve problems and keep things moving isn’t by staying in our lanes. It’s by showing up, working together, and doing what needs to be done. 👏

New partners, new energy, and a great day in Sioux Falls.

We officially kicked off a new partnership with RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd. and BluBird Industries Inc — a global manufacturer of premium hoses, hose reels, and fluid management solutions — and we're proud to be their fulfillment and distribution partner.

This past Friday, with team members traveling in from India, we welcomed leadership from both teams to our facility for an on-site working session centered on operations, ex*****on, and the road ahead.

The alignment was clear from day one — strong foundation, shared vision, and real momentum already in motion. We're proud to be the fulfillment and distribution partner behind two industry-leading brands, and we're excited about what we'll build together.
