Returning from the 2026 PMI Summit, one message resonated throughout nearly every session: great projects start with great people.

We were inspired by conversations centered on communication, consistency, and creating environments where teams feel supported, empowered, and heard. As project managers, our role extends beyond timelines and deliverables. It's about building trust, fostering collaboration, and helping both our teams and clients feel confident in the work we're doing together.

Thank you to PMI South Dakota Chapter and the incredible speakers who reminded us that when people feel valued and connected to a shared purpose, project success follows.

We're excited to bring these lessons back and continue strengthening the partnerships and teams that make our work meaningful.

Shoutout to our engineering team for representing us at the Nebraska Code Conference! 👏🤖

The team spent time learning from industry experts, networking with fellow developers, and exploring the latest technology trends. We were especially excited to see one of our engineers present "Using Specification Driven Development to Tame AI Coding," sharing practical approaches for leveraging AI development tools with greater confidence, consistency, and quality.

We're proud to support continuous learning within our engineering learning culture.

We had a fantastic time at our Family Picnic at Sertoma Park and the Outdoor Campus! Families came together to enjoy a delicious meal, cool treats, and plenty of outdoor fun.

We were especially grateful to enjoy the beautiful weather before the heat wave rolled in. It was the perfect day to relax and connect.

From fishing and archery to ice cream and great conversation, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
