Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedoms.

🔩 P&M Steel Employee Spotlight

Meet Jacob, our Yard Lead here at P&M Steel.

Jacob plays a huge role in keeping our operation running smoothly every day. He helps keep the yard organized, makes sure material moves in and out of paint efficiently, assists with customer pickups, and helps ensure loads are complete and deliveries stay on time. A lot happens behind the scenes to keep projects moving, and Jacob is a big part of making that happen.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family. Whether it is camping, fishing, or just enjoying the outdoors together, that is where he is happiest.

When it comes to music, Jacob listens to just about everything depending on the mood, from Hip Hop and rap to country.

For movies, Space Jam is at the top of the list, and yes, the good one with Michael Jordan. When he gets some free time, he also enjoys watching TV shows about hot rods and guns.

Food wise, one thing is for sure, Jacob is always down for a medium rare ribeye with shrimp and even a lobster tail on the side.

Team members like Jacob are what help keep P&M Steel strong. His hard work behind the scenes helps ensure projects stay moving and customers stay taken care of.

▪️Siding and sheetrock are underway at the Assisted Living building.
▪️Independent Living is one level away from being roof ready.
▪️Commons Building has concrete and steel in place ready for walls.
▪️Skilled Nursing interior concrete floors are moving along.

We are proud to have supplied the structural steel for Harvard Integrations new facility and to work alongside a strong partner like Beck & Hofer Construction.

🔩 P&M Steel Employee Spotlight

Meet Don, our go to guy for Quality Control in the shop.

Don plays a critical role at P&M Steel. He checks and verifies all material moving through the shop to make sure every piece meets our standards before it goes out the door. His attention to detail keeps our projects strong and our customers confident.

Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing. If he is not in the shop, there is a good chance he is outside.

His music taste is 90’s rock, or as he calls it, “Dad Rock,” with bands like Limp Bizkit, along with some newer rap, but no mumble rap.

When it comes to movies, Don enjoys a good comedy, with Adam Sandler at the top of the list.

Food wise, he is all about authentic Mexican cuisine. Birria tacos and a margarita is his go to when it is time to relax.

Team members like Don are what make P&M Steel strong.
