🚨 Now Hiring: Division Manager – Contract Manufacturing 🚨

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Division Manager – Contract Manufacturing to join our team. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with pay based on experience.

Position Summary:
The Contract Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with external metal fabrication and processing partners to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products. This role oversees contract negotiation, supplier performance, cost control, and capacity planning while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable industry regulations.

The manager will work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, and production teams to align manufacturing capabilities with business needs, resolve quality and delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply base.

Qualifications:
✔ Experience overseeing production, quality, scheduling, and customer service
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain management, and ERP systems
✔ Ability to manage budgets, operations, and cross-functional teams
✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✔ 3+ years of CNC programming experience
✔ Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Surfcam, Edgecam, Mastercam, or similar)
✔ Experience using 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred)
✔ Experience with CNC lathes and mills is a plus

Industrial Maintenance Technician
Sioux City Foundry – South Sioux City Location

The Sioux City Foundry is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our South Sioux City operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday Fridays as needed

Pay:

Compensation based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability

Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge a plus
