Project Spotlight: The Bay Aquatic Center — Broomfield, Colorado 🏊‍♂️

Superior Swim Systems is proud to have furnished and installed a custom stainless steel perimeter gutter system for The Bay Aquatic Center in Broomfield, CO.

This project features approximately 700 lineal feet of Superior Stainless Steel Gutter, including 130 lineal feet of True Radius Gutter, finished with durable HDPE grating for a clean, long-lasting, and high-performance aquatic system. 💧

Our stainless steel gutter systems are built for precision, durability, and long-term serviceability. Each section is fabricated to exact project specifications and field-welded onsite by our in-house installation team to create a fully integrated, watertight perimeter system designed to perform for years to come. ⚙️

When it comes to a successful stainless steel gutter installation, one of the most important factors is the crew on the job site. Even the highest-quality manufactured gutters can fall short if installed by inexperienced or subpar welders. This is where we truly stand apart.

While some competitors claim to handle gutter installations in-house, they often rely on subcontracted welding crews. At Superior Swim Systems, our installers are full-time employees who undergo an extensive, 3-year minimum apprentice program before earning the role of lead installer. This means every project, no matter the crew, is held to the same rigorous quality standards.

Because our installers are part of the Superior Swim Systems team, we have full control over scheduling. We show up when you need us, without relying on third-party installer schedules. We never use lasers to set gutters to grade (leading to gutters that aren’t perfectly level), we use transit levels for precise, accurate installations. We also take extra care with our welds for uniformity, strength and visual appeal. We use a top of the line passivation process with an electrochemical polishing machine, not wire brushing which leads to accelerated corrosion and surface scratching.

With 40 years of experience in manufacturing and installation of stainless steel products, you can always expect the highest quality from Superior Swim Systems—from start to Finish.

The stainless steel pool and spas are assembled at the new Kindred Resort in Keystone, CO! This monolithic vessel includes (2) oversized spa's, a large sunshelf, a stepping stone shelf with (2) waterfalls, a deep swim section and an autmotic cover! There are so many amazing features in this one of a kind vessel and on top of that, it overlooks the ski slopes for an amazing view. It doesnt get better than this and we are so excited to get to show off our craftsmanship. A full luxury tile finish is up next, stay tuned!
