Pacific Continental Engines was founded in 1961 and is now in its fourth generation under the ownership of John Jackson. The professionals at Pacific Continental Engines have a long history of experience and work with a great attention to detail. We are equipped with the latest machinery to provide a full array of services from NDT inspection, engine balancing, engine overhall, accessory / cylinde
r repair and overhaul, propeller strike inspections, specialized machining and final test. In addition, we also provide complete avionics service and upgrades. We specialize in the overhaul of both Continental and Lycoming engines. With our experience, both individually and as a team we pride ourselves on the quality of services and reliability of the products we supply to our customers. Pacific Continental Engines takes great care in building engines with the tightest tolerances so important to overall performance and engine longevity. We do all work in-house with an emphasis on “zeroing.” Our capabilities include in-house crankshaft and connecting rod balancing, on-site NDT (non-destructive test) with in-house ASNT Level III certification and 100% parts inspection with no sampling or AQL (acceptable quality limits). We draw from industry-leading manufacturers and vendors and adhere to factory overhaul and parts manuals with mandatory service bulletin compliance.
