These TRD superchargers aren’t getting any easier to replace — which makes properly rebuilding the one you already have that much more important.

This Magnuson Superchargers /TRD supercharger from a 5.7L Toyota Tundra came through Superchargers Online for a complete teardown and rebuild.

The unit was disassembled and inspected, the nose drive and housing were serviced, new seals and components were installed, and it went back together with a fresh Eaton rotor pack and new Gates belt. The fuel injectors were also tested before everything was buttoned back up and given a final check.

HEARING A RATTLE FROM YOUR LSA? Don’t ignore it!

This LSA TVS1900 came to us out of a 2013 Camaro ZL1 after the customer noticed the supercharger becoming increasingly noisy and developing a noticeable rattle.

We tore it down, inspected it and gave it our Stage 1 supercharger rebuild, while addressing the worn components and getting everything back together the right way. While it was apart, we also upgraded it with a GripTec LSA press-on pulley and titanium hardware for a clean finishing touch.
