Taking our 1963 Jeep Willy’s out for her first Silverton cruise of the year. She’s been in my family since 1973, and she’s at home here in the mountains. You’ll see her parked next to the store when you visit. We get asked about every day if she’s for sale and the answer is NOPE but you can absolutely take her picture. I call her Silvey for her color & short for Silverton.

Everyone & every ground squirrel loves coming to Silverton Hardware! But these guys get into our birdseed, so they get relocated. They get braver every day until they run completely through the store and out the back door. We caught 2 today, but we think they’re winning the war here. Cute little boogers though!

Happy birthday Jerry! It’s hard to find pictures of you not in a hole in a house, or with a dust mask on tearing into demo work lately. You work so hard, and I’m thankful you enjoy it for the most part. Hope you take it easy today. Love you!
