🔧 CNC Programmer – Join a Growing Team with Cutting-Edge Equipment!
Location: Silver Creek, NY Full-Time, M–F, Day Shift
Excelco/Newbrook is expanding in a big way! We’re adding multiple new large CNC machines and investing in our technology — making this an exciting time to join a forward-thinking, team-driven operation. If you're an experienced CNC Programmer with skills in CamWorks and SolidWorks, and you’re looking for a workplace that values your ideas and your craft, we want you with us!
✅ What You’ll Do:
• Program CNC mills and lathes using CamWorks to produce precision components
• Create and maintain detailed 3D models and tool paths using SolidWorks
• Plan efficient part, machine, tooling, and fixture setups to ensure quality and speed
• Work closely with machinists and shop floor staff to troubleshoot and refine processes
• Interpret GD&T drawings and engineering specs for accurate production
• Develop and update documentation, systems, and job instructions for consistency and improvement
• Be actively involved as we onboard new large CNC machines and grow our capabilities
🎁 What You’ll Get:
• $25–$32/hr, full-time
