Join Our Growing Fabrication Shop!

We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join our team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, can read blueprints, and enjoy hands-on fabrication, we want to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities:

MIG and TIG welding (steel, aluminum, stainless preferred)

Fabrication from prints, drawings, or measurements

Cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components

Operating shop equipment (grinders, saws, presses, etc.)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Meet quality standards and production deadlines

Qualifications:

3+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must have own basic welding tools

Valid driver’s license preferred
