After working for Westinghouse Engineering Service (1979 thru 1988), working for Electro-Test, Inc. (1988 thru 1989) and co-founded Associated Power & Control (1989 thru 1992), the founder Art Tamayo and his wife Susan, started VISTAM Engineering Service in 1992 and incorporated the company in 1993 as VISTAM, Inc. Starting with part-time employees in 1993 thru 1997, VISTAM gradually hired permanent employees of Graduate Engineers, Technicians, office staff, electricians and instrumentation Techs. In 2012, VISTAM created a Marketing and Sales Group and got involved in Trade Shows, client’s web portals and listed in the Blue Book, planting the seeds for the company growth. SERVICES

Majority of the Field Engineers are graduate Bachelor in Science Engineers from Colleges and Universities which gives the customers instant understanding of electrical equipment and components test results - passed or failed - during visual inspections, electrical and mechanical tests. Technicians are also highly trained and certified to perform various functions in the electrical service field. SAFETY
