Mazdatrix RX7 Race Start and few laps, 9/14/25 at the NEW Circuit at Buttonwillow. Started LAST (missed qualifying / story). Yellow Porsche, in my class, was who I needed to beat. Was GREAT that cars in front of me left a BIG HOLE at the start. Finished 1st in Class

Mazdatrix VARA Buttonwillow 05/18/2025. Early in the race -- I am IN the LEAD OVERALL !!! Then Z gets "tired" of being behind me. I finish 2nd overall behind him and first in GTU class.

The bad side -- March 29 2025 Willow Springs. AFTER the checkered flag entered turn 3 - NO BRAKES NO STEERING!!! RF FENDER FLAPPING !! The RF shock had broken at the top. The ENTIRE shock, strut, wheel, brake rotor, and caliper went bouncing 100+ yards across the desert. GREAT tow truck driver(s) got the car backed into the trailer with THREE wheels on it. Workers brought the wandering assembly to me. Got the car out of the trailer back at shop using trailer lift, fork lift, and long 2x12's.
Damage actually was not all that bad. New shock, splitter, brake line, patch fender, etc. Ready for WINNING both next races - see videos.
