Basin Precast, Inc.

Basin Precast, Inc. is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Night Janitor to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of our facility during non-operational hours.

Position Requirements:
• Ability to safely operate equipment, including a forklift, skid steer (Bobcat), and loader
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Schedule:
• Flexible hours, with work to be completed outside of normal operating hours which are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Candidate may set their own schedule within these parameters

Responsibilities:
• General cleaning, maintenance, and organization of a 30,000 sf precast plant, such as the sweeping of floors, emptying of garbages, organizing various tools, etc
• Interiors and windows of all equipment and facility upkeep as needed
• Ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards

We just returned from CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas where our new 55-ton Rubber Tire Gantry Crane from Shuttlelift was on display.

Seeing it in person really puts its scale into perspective.

Investments like this are an important part of Basin Precast’s continued growth. The additional lifting capacity will allow us to handle larger and more complex precast components, improve yard logistics, and support our expanding operations.

We’re excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue investing in equipment, infrastructure, and people to better serve our partners and projects.
