Sanders machine is looking for a cnc machinist or someone to train for the position. You will need to be able to do simple math, be willing to work hard, be dependable and punctual, and have a good attitude.
Sanders Machine is a climate controlled facility that manufactures parts for industries such as oilfield, aircraft, and wood mills. We use computerized equipment, manual equipment, and robotics make precision parts from raw steel and plastic. We also rework and repair used parts.

You can not apply until you have passed the math test. The math test contains addition and subtraction of decimal numbers, changing fractions to decimal numbers, converting decimals to mixed numbers, adding and subtracting mixed numbers, and 1 geometry question.

A day at the office! It started off as a 550 pound bar and finished out at just over 100 pounds.

This is a weldment that we fabricated and machined for a customer. This piece weighs about 200 pounds and has very tight tolerances.

We just built 6 custom hydraulic manifolds from steel for a wood mill that had ruptured their aluminum manifolds. These are 12” long, 8” tall, and 4” thick and weigh 100lbs. If you have anything that you need machined, welded, or fabricated, Give us a call!!

Update:
Kitty has a new home! Thank you, guys!

We heard a kitty inside the wall of our building, so we removed the metal from the outside and there was this cute little fellow! HE NEEDS A GOOD HOME. If you are someone you know would like to take him and care for him, please call 318-371-1040. This is my option “A”. If this Facebook post doesn’t get him rehomed today, I will start checking with vets, shelters, or figure out option “B” . I believe that this is the kitty’s best option, though!

Sanders machine is looking for a new team member. 5 years experience as a manual and/or CNC machinist is REQUIRED!
You will need to be able to set up and run CNC lathes and CNC machining centers with Fanuc controls, be willing to work hard, be dependable and punctual, and have a good attitude.

Do you need shapes burned from plate? We can help! This is burned from 4inch carbon steel plate. We can handle up to 10ft wide x 20ft long. We have oxy-fuel and plasma! Carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum…..we can burn it! One off or production, we would love to help with your project!

This is a project that was taken on by Mercy's Closet and Sanders Machine to help out the Minden Lions Club. Their 2 grills that they use for their grilled chicken fundraisers were originally built by Dunham Manufacturing a LONG time ago! The only thing that we were able to salvage from the original grills were the doors and the top. We built everything else new. It was painted by R&V Works.
