What a great day getting the team together for a little friendly competition, fitness, and fun! 🎉

Our employees and their families laced up their shoes and hit the course, showing off their determination, teamwork, and company spirit from start to finish. 💪👏

We’re proud of everyone who participated, whether you ran, walked, cheered on your coworkers, or helped make the event possible. It was a great reminder that when we come together as a team, we can accomplish great things!

This week we celebrated the end of another successful semester for our Leadership Program participants. In this program, young talented professionals execute high-impact strategic projects throughout their four rotations in different business areas.

In their final presentations, our participants showed the results obtained after 6 months of dedication and many hours of hard work. While involved in their projects, they not only acquire business knowledge but also develop leadership skills such as adaptability, innovation and critical thinking, always looking for continuous improvement as a priority.

We congratulate all our participants and express our gratitude to the leaders, coaches and mentors that guided them through every challenge, helping to shape the future through talent development.
