Taste of Fitness by No Holds Coming to Former Vincent Lumber Building
Shinnston, WV — A new fitness-focused concept is coming to the area as Taste of Fitness by No Holds prepares to open in a newly leased showroom space at the former Vincent Lumber yard, 347 South Pike Street, Shinnston, WV.
Taste of Fitness is owned and operated by Keith Barr, owner of No Holds Fitness Club of Fairmont, and a well-known competitor in West Virginia’s combat sports community. Barr most recently competed in the Pro Division of the State Toughman competition held in Clarksburg in January 2026.
The new showroom will serve as an extension of the No Holds brand, continuing Barr’s focus on performance, training, and nutrition. Taste of Fitness is designed to complement No Holds Fitness Club’s existing operations while expanding its presence within the region.
“This location gives us the opportunity to grow in a way that fits our brand and our members,” said Barr. “We’re excited about what’s coming and how this space allows us to better serve the community.”
The former Vincent Lumber property continues to see new investment and revitalization as additional tenants join the site.
Barr is tentatively targeting an opening by the end of March 2026. Additional details regarding the official opening date and offerings will be announced following final build-out and preparation.
