🌅 🥍 What a great evening we had for GM Girls Lacrosse Try- It Day!! 🥍🌅

We had 18 new girls join us, representing a variety of grade levels, along with a great turnout of returning players! Everyone was working hard, having fun, and enjoying a beautiful fall evening under the lights while learning something new.

A big thank you to our high school coaches, high school players, and youth coaches for helping make the night such a success!

Stay tuned for more opportunities to get out on the field with us, including future clinics and throw around days!! 🥍❤️

🥍 GOVERNOR MIFFLIN BOYS TRY LACROSSE DAY! 🥍

Want to give lacrosse a try? Now is your chance!

Join us on Saturday, November 21st, from 12 PM–2 PM at the MPF (Multi-Purpose Field) for Governor Mifflin Boys Try Lacrosse Day!

This event is open to boys in grades K–8 who want to learn more about the game, have fun, and see what lacrosse is all about! Our returning players are encouraged to come out and, most importantly, bring a friend who might want to play this spring!

Our day will be led by the Governor Mifflin High School Lacrosse staff and players. Don’t have a lacrosse stick? No problem! We’ll supply sticks for anyone who needs one. Just come ready to learn, have fun, and meet our lacrosse family!

Spring registration is already open, and early registration means savings! But what if you’re not sure lacrosse is the right fit for your daughter?

That’s exactly why we’re hosting a FREE Girls Lacrosse Try-It Day!

📍 Governor Mifflin Multipurpose Field

This is a chance for girls to try something new in a fun, relaxed, no-pressure environment! No experience, no commitment, and no expectations. Just come out, pick up a stick, learn a few basics, and see what lacrosse is all about!

The event will be hosted by our Governor Mifflin high school and youth lacrosse coaches, along with some of our high school players! It’s a great opportunity to learn from experienced players, meet our coaches, and get a feel for the sport.

🥍 No equipment? No problem! We’ll have equipment available to borrow for the evening. Just show up ready to have some fun!

Whether your daughter is looking for a new sport or just curious about lacrosse, we’d love to have her!

Calling all Governor Mifflin girls! 🥍

This is your final opportunity to try out for PA Roar for the 26/27 season!

If you’ve been thinking about club lacrosse, now’s the time. With practices right in Mohnton, it’s the most convenient club option for Berks County families.

There are still spots available on select teams, and Governor Mifflin girls are already playing on the 2030–2034 teams. Come join your friends, meet new teammates, and be part of a fun, competitive program that will help you grow your game.

We’d love to see more Mustangs out there representing PA Roar. Come check it out!

Now that lacrosse season is officially over, we’ve definitely been reminiscing about how much fun we had all spring. 🥍❤️

We are so proud of our GMLC 5/6 girls!! This team competed in the A bracket all year long against some seriously tough competition and proved over and over again that they can hang with anyone. 💪🏼

One of the coolest things to watch was how they evolved defensively over the season. Early on they were learning and adjusting, but before long they became so good on defense — communicating, rotating, and supporting each other!

This group is such a strong foundation for the future of Governor Mifflin lacrosse and is going to be a major part of the success of our program in the years ahead.

Huge credit to the girls who have been playing for years and continue putting in the work to sharpen their skills and elevate the level of play around them. But just as impressive were the new players who stepped in this season and became key contributors on both offense and defense almost immediately!

And our goalie? Sheesh! If you’ve seen her in cage, you know!🔥🥍

The future is bright for this group!
