Stepping up to the plate this month is a true example of what it means to embody the WIT spirit — Francisco Galvan.

Francisco joined the WIT team in May 2006, beginning a journey that has spanned nearly two decades of dedication, growth, and doing whatever it takes. Referred by his father, a mechanic who knew of an opportunity at WIT, Francisco applied for a position and interviewed with then-Store Manager John Lopper. The very next day, he received the call that would launch a remarkable career.

Starting as a delivery driver on the Dallas-Fort Worth route, Francisco quickly became known for his reliability and willingness to help wherever needed. Throughout his career, he has worn just about every hat available at WIT — driver, warehouse associate, core inspector, inventory specialist, sales representative, and even stepping in to help lead operations during management transitions.

If there was a challenge to tackle, Francisco was always ready to answer the call. His commitment to the company perfectly reflects the name on the building: Whatever It Takes.

When he first entered the transmission industry, Francisco had no idea how vast and specialized it would become. Through customer interactions, hands-on experience, and countless WIT seminars, he developed a deep understanding of the business and built lasting relationships throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Today, Francisco has found his home in sales — a role that combines his industry knowledge, customer-first mindset, and passion for helping others succeed. He credits WIT's leadership, teammates, and loyal customers for helping shape the career he enjoys today.

Whether he's helping customers find solutions, sharing industry knowledge, or stepping up when the team needs him most, Francisco continues to prove why he's one of WIT's top producers.

WIT TOP PRODUCER HIGHLIGHT: Two major chapters of life began in 2009 for this WIT team member — marrying the love of his life and starting a career with Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts.

Just one week after getting married, he received a phone call asking if he’d be interested in selling transmission parts. His response?
“Sure, I’ll give it a shot.”

What started as a simple opportunity quickly turned into a 17-year career built on loyalty, hard work, customer relationships, and a passion for helping others succeed. Over the years, he has learned that this business is about more than transmission parts — it’s about dependability, trust, and showing up every day ready to help customers win.

While he is proud of the career he has built with the WIT family, his greatest accomplishment is his family. Alongside his supportive wife, he is raising two beautiful daughters, ages 13 and 9, who continue to inspire him every day.

Outside of work, he enjoys collecting retro video games and gaming consoles, preserving pieces of gaming history that connect generations through shared memories. He’s also a dedicated fan of Alabama football, Tennessee Titans football, and Atlanta Braves baseball.

Seventeen years later, he remains grateful for the opportunity and committed to the values that matter most — faith, family, relationships, and hard work.
