Customer needed some modifications done on a hot oil piping system, we fit and fabricated in order to accommodate 3 new valves to meet their requirements.

EX1200 Hitachi front shovel bucket had a slightly out of square pin boss/ ear from the manufacturer causing the bucket to not fit on the machine. (Kind of problematic )
After consultation with the owner and manufacturing engineer we were tasked with machining the problem area back to a square and flat surface. The machined area ended up being 12.5 inches in diameter. We made quick work of this repair utilizing the Elsa Srl line boring gear and facing head from BoreAmerica LLC . Great machine,great group of people to deal with. We hope everyone has a safe and productive Monday!

The ring on an asphalt drum was worn out, so we removed the whole thing and welded in a replacement and new fins, along with several other repairs in the process.
