Service is the most important part of Welsch Hearing Aid Company. We do our best to provide emergency service on the same day or the next. Welsch Hearing Aid Company likes to keep your hearing aids working and in your ears. For this reason we include our Welsch Care Battery and Service Plan with the purchase of new hearing aids. That means hearing aid cleanings and batteries are included for the life of the warranty. Welsch Hearing Aid Company has been providing quality hearing instruments to Sheboygan County and beyond since 1965. Susan L Fenrich, and her husband David, are the owners of Welsch Hearing Aid Company. Both are State licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists. Susan is Board Certified in Hearing Sciences and believes in the importance of education to keep her informed of new developments in the Hearing Industry. For this reason she is a member of both the Wisconsin Alliance of Hearing Professionals and the International Hearing Society. Since she passed her National Board Certification Examination in 1994, she has accumulated over 1400 hours of continuing education. In addition to attending educational seminars, Susan enjoys writing articles to inform the public about hearing loss and related topics. She also enjoys teaching the staff at local senior living facilities how to operate and care for their resident’s hearing aids. We offer:

The best part of this years 75th IHS Convention was our Advocacy Day on Capital Hill! On Tuesday several of us came early to speak to our Representatives about changing some laws so the American Veterans have better access to hearing health care right in their own communities by allowing the Hearing Instrument Providers to be Community Care Providers for the Veterans. This would allow get them to get faster service and better care on a local level. This us the main reason Dave and I chose to got to the IHS’s Annual Convention in Washington this year!

This past week Dave & I drove to Washington DC to attend the International Hearing Society’s Annual Convention! It was a time for continuing education, meeting with Hearing Aid Manufacturer’s Representatives to learn about new technology, to Celebrate IHS’s 75th Aniversary, and most important to advocate for our Vets. I look forward to implementing much of what I learned moving foward. Here are some pics!
