We are invested in Seymour's future! 💜 SpaceGuard Products teamed up with the MHI Inspires Fund to donate $10,000 to the Seymour High School High School Advanced Manufacturing program.

Due to the severe winter storm and the RED travel warning issued for Jackson County, the SpaceGuard and onsite offices are closed today, Monday, January 26th.

While our physical doors are closed to keep our team safe, we are still open for business! Our office staff is working remotely and available to assist you. Please feel free to contact us as usual.

Our Offensive Players for April 9th are Willie B. and Brandon S.
Over the past few months, we've had an unusually high volume of special orders. Willie and Brandon consistently ensured everything was completed on time and ready for the paint line. Their attention to detail and reliability have made a significant impact- great job!

Our Offensive Player for April 23rd is Tim M.
Last week, we encountered a big issue: posts came through with baseplates welded in the wrong orientation. Fortunately, Tim caught the mistake while the powder line was still on yellow, allowing production to get us the correct posts in time. Thanks to Tim's attention to detail and thorough review process, we avoided a costly delay and potential issues with the customer. Tim's diligence continues to save the company time and money.

Please help us congratulate our offensive and defensive team members in our March round-up.

Our Offensive Player for March 12th is James "Pops." M. Pops demonstrated excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail while building the pedestals for the most recent trade show. He assembled every piece to ensure it fit correctly, built the packaging crates, and packaged all material to arrive in good condition. He also traveled to Chicago to help install material to ensure everything was set up correctly.

Our Defensive Players for March 12th are Jeff E., Troy L., Adam S., and Amy S. These team members are recognized for their teamwork and willingness to step up during a challenging situation and follow through. After the powder coating was complete on the specialty
doors, assembling and attaching the panic bar became a stressful challenge. These four jumped in without hesitation, working together to figure out what needed to be done. Their
problem-solving skills, determination, and teamwork made all the difference.

Our Offensive Players for March 26th are Miranda L., Dakota B., Jim C., and Pops.
Miranda and Dakota went above and beyond, working with
engineering to determine the files needed to supply the new laser. Dakota
does a great job at figuring out why some things work, and some don't.

Jim and Pops traveled to Chicago for the most recent tradeshow, Promat. Their incredible hard work made our booth look amazing. We would not have had a successful show without their dedication to bringing the vision to life. Thank you both for your hard work, creativity, and teamwork—it made all the difference.

Please help us congratulate our offensive and defensive team members in our February round-up.

Our Offensive Players for February 12th are Shawn D. and Justin S.

Shawn went above and beyond when he visited a customer's job site and personally measured the space for the upcoming project so that he could provide an accurate quote.

A couple of weeks ago, Justin and another team member met with a packager; Justin stepped up with a strong sense of urgency. He took on the responsibility seamlessly and did an excellent job ensuring orders were packaged and ready to ship on time. His initiative and efficiency made a significant impact during that time.

The Defensive Player for February 12th is Sarah M.

Despite being under the weather, Sarah showed incredible resilience
and grit by continuing to fulfill her responsibilities. Her dedication during challenging times embodies our commitment to customer service.

The Defensive Player for February 26th is Roger B.

Roger's keen eye caught a mishap on a particular product and corrected it before it went through the paint line.
