Stainless Tig repair on a specialized industrial parts cleaning machine for a technology parts manufacturing company.

The liquid cooling tank cracked a factory weld on the bottom and was leaking out the fluid used in the cleaning process. Not only is this lost fluid very costly, it is also flammable as well as a slip hazard around the machine.

Careful preparation, cleaning, and ventilation was key is this repair! With strategic placement of multiple fire blankets to protect all of the parts around the tank needing repaired, fans, and a fire watch with the proper extinguisher on stand by, we were able to get this repair properly completed in a timely manner saving the customer thousands vs buying a whole new system and in down time!

This international production company was very pleased with the repair, was back up and running in no time, and called back for more work to be completed in the near future!

A jump hose box that we fabricated from all aluminum and installed on a fire truck for a local fire department. This box will be used to store a couple of sections of hose to be able to quickly and easily grab for a single man operator for instances of car fires or similar situations. The department was very pleased with the end product!
