This week, we’re proud to spotlight Christina Mireiter!

Christina’s journey in the transmission industry began in 2007, when she learned the business from the ground up. As a former business owner, she’s seen just about every side of the industry—from cleaning parts and asking plenty of questions to handling the administrative side and building lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

In May 2020, Christina joined the WIT Sales team, and she quickly realized she had found a place that felt like home.

For Christina, what makes WIT special is the people. During a visit to our Shepherdsville facility, she noticed leadership greeting employees by name. That simple moment stuck with her because it reflected what she already felt—WIT is more than a workplace. It’s a team of people who care about each other and take pride in what they do.

Today, Christina enjoys helping customers find the right parts, keeping orders and deliveries on track, and being someone builders can count on when they need to get the job done. She’s especially proud of the relationships she’s built throughout the transmission industry over the years.

Outside of work, Christina loves spending time with family and friends and is enjoying one of her newest—and favorite—titles: Grandma! 💙

And her favorite transmission? The 6L80/6L90—a fitting choice for someone who has built a career around solving problems and keeping things moving.

🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We also remember the way our country came together in the days that followed — as neighbors, communities, and Americans.

From all of us at WIT, we honor their memory and the courage and sacrifice shown that day.

Well that's a wrap!!

Today is a bittersweet day at NETP as we say goodbye to Nate.

Nate started with us as a kid, riding into work on his scooter, and today he leaves us as a fine young man. It has been a privilege watching him grow, learn, and become such an important part of our team.

Nate, we are all going to miss you. The entire NETP family wishes you nothing but success and happiness as you begin your next chapter. Good luck—we know you’ll do great things!
