Last month, the Loon Lake Library officially opened its doors to the community, marking an exciting new chapter for Libraries of Stevens County.

The new 4,000-square-foot space transforms what was once a temporary library into a welcoming, permanent home designed to support learning, connection, and growth. Delivered faster than expected and through unique challenges, this project represents the power of collaboration and persistence.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this vision to life and grateful for the opportunity to support projects that strengthen the communities we serve!

Building better education facilities takes the entire community.

Last month, the Makah Tribe and Cape Flattery School District marked a historic milestone: breaking ground on the new Neah Bay K–12 Campus, more than a decade in the making.

Built on 33 acres of tribal trust land, the campus will provide a safe, resilient, and culturally rich learning environment for up to 600 students and staff, moving the school out of the tsunami zone and into the heart of the community.

OAC is proud to serve as the owner’s representative, working alongside the Makah Tribal Council, Cape Flattery School District, Korsmo Construction, and TCF Architecture to bring this vision to life. Together, we’re building more than a campus—we’re building a place where culture, learning, and community thrive for generations.
