2019 marks the 10th year of my self-employment as a Structural Engineer. I am so very thankful and so very fortunate to have had the opportunities over these 10 years to help so many home-owners and local businesses: 1000+

Helping local everyday people and with entrepreneur architects rather than for/with developers and corporations has been so incredibility fulfilling and motivating.

As a look a back on these 10 years, I created a Google Map (link below: ZOOM IN) of the addresses of those consultations and projects.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Light-rail AND HOV for I-90! Amazing.

And some commentary by genius UW Prof. John Stanton:

“I’ve never seen anything like it before. I don’t think the world has seen anything like it. It’s a brilliant solution,” says John Stanton, a University of Washington civil-engineering professor and seismic expert.

Sound Transit’s consultants have invented a flexing track connection, using earthquake science, to safely move future light-rail trains on the I‑90 floating bridge.
