About last week ... My customers are and always have been amazing people. Giving me tons of extra time to dial in all types of special ideas and meticulous details. Paying for a hard working American designer and builder and I've always enjoyed the phone calls and stories from all of you and the kind words. I am going from being a 1 man show to needing more help than ever before. The same goes for the messages I get. For every 10 awesome and kind messages I cant let 1 spoil it for me. The thing is I've always enjoyed the communications and getting excited when I talk to you guys about your builds. Trust me, I appreciate every one of you guys. Im gonna be honest with you guys. I am not sure if its just my business growing on here or what but people really are changing this day and age. I dont know if its because everyone is used to amazon and made in china next day warehouse stocked items but people's tone and attitude when they are messaging me is so frustrating. Before 2021 / 2022 I loved communicating with customers. They were respectful, chill and didn't give me a hard time. Now everyone wants me to bend over backwards and spoonfeed them every shred of information, or insult me when they cant afford my products. 1% actually pick up the phone and call.
