Sometimes doing it yourself costs more than you think.

Producing your own metal panels may seem like a way to save money, but equipment, labor, inventory and production management can add costs and responsibilities to your business.

Partnering with Central States gives contractors access to dependable quality, manufacturing expertise and support, allowing them to focus on what they do best: serving customers and growing their business.

October is ESOP Month, but at Central States, employee ownership is something we celebrate every day.

Being employee-owned means our people aren’t just employees. We’re owners with a shared stake in the company we’re building together. Every customer we serve, every product we make, and every challenge we solve contributes to our collective success. That ownership creates something powerful: pride in our work, commitment to one another, and opportunities to build a better future.

This ESOP Month, we’re celebrating the employee-owners who make Central States what it is.
