Our team is always reaching new heights—sometimes literally. Armando Aguirre and Cole Ferris marked this project milestone by signing a beam at the Central Arizona College Cultural and Performing Arts Center.
Located at CAC's Signal Peak Campus in Coolidge, this transformative project will feature a 1,000-seat theater, classrooms, arts studios, teaching facilities, banquet space, and gathering areas that will serve students and the community for years to come.
We're proud to contribute to a facility that will inspire learning, creativity, and connection across Central Arizona.

Behind every building lies careful engineering. This 5th-floor transfer beam, captured before the concrete pour, redistributes loads from the floors above while keeping the column layout below open—one of many “invisible” feats PK Associates navigates every day.

Life Time Living Paradise Valley is an 11-story, 726,000 SF luxury residential tower with 327 residences featuring integrated wellness-focused amenities. The tower is connected to the new Life Time fitness club by a pedestrian bridge—both engineered by PK Associates—as part of the impressive 100-acre redevelopment of the Paradise Valley Mall by RED Development.

Grateful to collaborate with amazing project partners—LJC, Clayco, Baker Concrete, and all the teams making this project a reality.
