PK Associates LLC Structural Engineering services PK ASSOCIATES LLC was established in 1992 by Clifford R. Paul, P.E., S.E. and Jack M. Koehler, P.E., S.E.

for the purpose of providing the design and building industry a creative alternative in structural engineering services for both private and public sector clients. Our approach is to expand past the confines of conventional ideas and investigate new ideas on each individual project while utilizing state-of-the-art proven concepts. PK Associates has a local staff of 32, with 8 Registered Profession

al Engineers, and an overall Corporate Staff of 50, of whom 12 are Professional Registered Engineers. We currently have office locations in Scottsdale, Arizona, Austin, Texas, Las Vegas, Nevada, Huntington Beach, California and San Diego, California. We are professionally registered in 43 states.

Life Time Living Paradise Valley is an 11-story, 726,000 SF luxury residential tower with 327 residences featuring integrated wellness-focused amenities. The tower is connected to the new Life Time fitness club by a pedestrian bridge—both engineered by PK Associates—as part of the impressive 100-acre redevelopment of the Paradise Valley Mall by RED Development.

The Monroe topping out is officially complete—FIVE WEEKS ahead of schedule.

Here’s what it took to get here:

1. 18,000 cubic yards of concrete
2. 1,800 concrete trucks
3. Countless hours of coordination and teamwork

This 500,000 GSF multi-unit residential complex located in Scottsdale includes two buildings, a 5-story and a 6-story, positioned above one level of below grade parking. The project features 226 residential units, including Active Adult, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units with ground-level retail and restaurant spaces.

Congratulations to Brinkmann Constructors, Largo Concrete, Gensler, Douglas Sydnor Architect and Associates, Aspirant Development, and the entire project team for achieving this milestone.
