From the beverage cart to the GM office. ⛳

For , we are incredibly proud to spotlight Mary Leneweaver, General Manager at Deerfield Golf Club in Newark, DE!

Mary is the perfect definition of building a career from the ground up. She began her journey 10 years ago as a cart attendant, and today she leads the entire team at Deerfield. She is a tremendous leader for everyone on property and truly an amazing person inside and out.

Fun fact: Mary didn’t start playing golf until 2019, proving it’s never too late to pick up a club! Today, her experience on and off the course helps her elevate the guest experience and mentor other women through Troon's EmpowHer network.
