A project can expect a special outcome when two visionaries join forces. In this case, Sam Fox and Justin Timberlake partnered to create Nashville’s new Twelve Thirty Club, described as a “modern take on a classic supper club where dining, entertainment and design collide to make up the show.”

ESD provided MEP engineering, lighting design, and low voltage design services for the creative concept project. Opening on April 14th, Twelve Thirty Club is sure to be an instant hit for Downtown Nashville.

Justin Timberlake is ready to "Take Back the Night," by backing a new bar and restaurant concept set to open next month in Nashville, in partnership with one of Arizona's best-known restaurateurs.

Looking to vacay but don't want to travel? Old Town Scottsdale's new Canopy by Hilton is opening tomorrow! MEP designs and LEED Certification services were provided for the 177-room mid-century hotel that is sure to impress as you walk through its doors.

Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town boasts spacious guestrooms and suites and features approximately 2,000 square-feet of meeting space.

The Lennar Homes Tempe Office was recently completed, along with the adjacent suite that belongs to Eagle Home Mortgage. The 90k GSF tenant improvement was designed with chilled water air handling units, LED ceiling light fixtures, and low voltage systems.

Consistent MEP designs throughout both office suites further depicts their goal of a unified, collaborative workspace between the joint companies. Architect: Phoenix Design One

We are always amazed to see a project's initial rendering transform into the real thing. The Watermark Tempe was completed alongside CBRE, Nelsen Partners and Okland Construction. MEP and LEED design services were provided for the 265k GSF mixed-use building, including office, retail, restaurants and above-grade parking.
