What’s happening under your feet during the golf swing? ⛳️

The Ultium Insole SmartLead helps bring objective data to movements where ground interaction matters most. During a swing, it can help assess left vs. right loading, weight shift timing, balance strategy, and how load is distributed throughout the motion.

Insoles can add valuable insight to rotational sports, training drills, balance testing, and more.

EMG doesn’t have to be complicated.

With proper sensor placement and an easy-to-use workflow, clinicians can quickly visualize muscle activity in real time to better understand how a patient is moving and compensating.

Objective EMG data can help guide treatment decisions and track progress throughout rehabilitation.

With our Ultium Portable Lab, capture data in real-life settings, without the lab conditions. Check out this awesome example from

In this video, they are using 3D motion capture and EMG to analyze direction changes and sprinting, evaluating how the hamstring muscles activate throughout each phase of movement. Using this data, deficits can be targeted and used to help guide treatment or training.

Bike fitting is becoming more data-driven. 🚴

Last year, David Montgomery with shared how he uses Noraxon’s 2D markerless motion tracking during the fitting process to better understand rider movement and positioning.

Here’s what his workflow looks like:
• Rider interview & injury history
• Baseline motion capture on the bike
• Real-time joint angle tracking with MR4
• Immediate visual reports for fit analysis
• Incremental bike adjustments
• Final before vs. after comparison

Using Noraxon’s 2D markerless analysis tools with the NiNOX Cameras and MR4 software, fitters can quickly capture and analyze cycling mechanics without a complicated setup.

The system automatically tracks movement, helping translate rider positioning into objective data that supports fit decisions, comfort, and performance.

Not every patient can stand in a perfectly neutral posture during calibration.

vCAT [beta] is a Noraxon-exclusive tool designed to help users correct calibration alignment after capture, making it easier to collect meaningful motion data from individuals with limited mobility, habitual posture deviations, or non-neutral standing positions.

Instead of repeating the capture or forcing an unrealistic posture, vCAT provides more flexibility within the workflow; helping clinicians, researchers, and performance professionals work with the patient in front of them, not an idealized setup.

Most gait assessments look at steady-state walking.
But real-world falls rarely happen under steady conditions.

Perturbation treadmills introduce unexpected changes in speed and movement to challenge balance, stability, and recovery responses in a controlled environment.

Using the perturbation mode, users can simulate real-world disturbances with customizable intensity and randomized timing to better understand how people react and adapt under unpredictable conditions.
