Last week, we began our mission to reorganize our shop floor, relocating several of our existing CNC machines to prepare for an exciting addition arriving in the coming weeks.

This upgrade reflects our continued investment in efficiency, precision, & the ability to better serve our customers. Careful planning & ex*****on ensured minimal disruption while setting the stage for increased capacity.

What do the holidays look like for us?

It looks like a room full of familiar faces.
It looks like great food, shared laughs, and time set aside to simply be together.
And it looks like a little excitement when raffle tickets are drawn.

At our annual Christmas dinner, we celebrated the season with good food, cash prizes, extra vacation hours, and gift cards, capped off with a few memorable grand prize drawings.

But the real highlight of the day was the people in the room.

All of our local employees, many with years — and decades — of shared history, continuing to build something together more than 35 years into our journey.

Moments like this remind us that culture isn’t a slogan — it’s built through connection, appreciation, and showing up for one another.

A big thanks to all of our employees and their families that came out to be with us over the weekend!

It’s great to be able to get together and show appreciation for all of the dedication that they put into their work and the support from the families.

Once the rain let up the co****le and bounce houses were a go to, but I would say the favorite part for some was the cash door prizes!
