Kee "Nyaj Kee" Her - 2025 Professional of the Year Award – Manufacturing Division
Kee "Nyaj Kee" Her is a distinguished leader in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at JARP Industries, a division of Wipro Hydraulic. With over 20 years of experience, Kee began his career on the production floor as a machinist and has advanced through various roles, including Lean Facilitator, Supervisor, Project Coordinator, and Manufacturing Engineer.

At JARP Industries, which operates two facilities in Schofield and Wausau with a workforce of 155 employees, Kee has been pivotal in producing custom hydraulic cylinders for sectors such as utilities, mining, forestry, agriculture, and military.

His most notable achievement lies in the development of an internal training program designed to cultivate skilled CNC machinists and welders, an essential yet declining trade. This initiative has successfully trained seven welders and over a dozen machinists, addressing a critical skills gap in the industry that has emerged over recent years.

Kee’s commitment to employee development and his passion for fostering a skilled workforce exemplify his dedication to excellence in the manufacturing field. His leadership and contributions have made a significant impact, earning him the prestigious title of Professional of the Year in the Manufacturing Division for 2025.
