Remember our Annual Customer Appreciation Counter Day is next Monday, December 13th. Make sure you stop by between 7:30AM and 1:30PM to enjoy breakfast or lunch. We will also be handing out some cool swag. Visit with some of the best industry reps in the business. We’re excited for this event and are looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Our Schertz (San Antonio) location is currently open with a limited crew. As the day progresses, we should have more staff coming in to help everyone out. Please be patient and we’ll get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience as we all know how difficult this freeze was. We will be open tomorrow, Saturday February 20th at 8AM.

We have to announce, sadly, that we will not be opening our Schertz (San Antonio) location today, Thursday, Feb. 18th. Another round of snow and freezing temperatures is making it impossible for employees to show up for work. We will hope that tomorrow improves and some of this will thaw. We will keep you updated and will likely be open this weekend to help everyone as much as we can. Stay home. Stay warm. Stay safe.

We will not be opening today as planned. As much as we hoped to get to the warehouse, conditions are not favorable at this time. We will keep an eye on the conditions and if they improve, we will try and see you tomorrow, Thursday. Please stay off the roads unless there’s a real emergency...those leaks will still be there tomorrow!

With very little thawing and temperatures forecast to be around 10 degrees in the morning, we will be closed again tomorrow. Hopefully conditions will improve through the day tomorrow and we will be open to serve you on Wednesday. Stay safe and warm.

We are looking forward to our Customer Appreciation Counter Day on Monday Dec. 7th. These events are an opportunity for us to show you our appreciation for your friendship and business relationships. We hope you and your staff can stop by for breakfast or lunch and register for prizes, pick up some TPS swag, a 2021 calendar and visit with our suppliers. As always, we will have many of the top manufacturer’s representatives showcasing their product lines. Come by and chat with the experts about their newest products.

All plumbers and customers are encouraged to come by and register for prizes and giveaways. Many manufactures and suppliers will be on site to give expert advice. See the newest products and gather information from the experts. We will have food and fun serving breakfast and lunch at each event.

The health and safety of our team and customers will always been a priority. We plan to use the CDC Guidelines for these type of events to help keep everyone safe.
