A wonderful day for Emma, Ben and P1 as both of these amazing Capital Region BOCES students signed a letter of intent with P1 Industries. Thanks to Joel Lape and Bianca Ross for their hard work in helping make this a reality, and also to Nancy Liddle and Joshua Vadney for their leadership in helping students find meaningful connections with relevant employers.

Welcome aboard Emma and Ben! And it was encouraging to see Emma being interviewed by News10 - the more the message of choosing a career in manufacturing gets out the better!

We have come a long, long way in 20 years. From building crates for GE parts to a new, state of the art 96,000 sf facility making custom parts for some of the world's greatest companies.

More importantly, building a world class team with a phenomenal culture, ready to take on any challenges for our customers. Who knew 20 years ago that P1 would come to mean what it does today to so many?

We are humbled and immeasurably grateful.

P1 machinist extraordinaire George Kipp was the recipient of the Gene Haas Foundation Award for CNC Machining Technology. George is graduating from HVCC’s CNC Machining Technologies Program with Honors and will continue his career at P1 industries. Well done George - we're all incredibly proud of you!
