One million square feet of freezer, cooler, and dry storage sit on 116 acres for Shamrock Food’s Aurora facility. RTM provided structural engineering services for this flagship distribution center, built to support Shamrock Foods' growing network across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.

With warehouse spaces reaching about 74 feet, multi-level pick modules, and extensive conveyor systems, the facility is designed to keep high volumes of product moving.

RTM provided structural engineering design for this seven-story hotel and attached conference center. Steel framing keeps the event spaces open and flexible, while a long-span deck system gives the hotel a thin floor profile that still meets strict fire and sound ratings.

This luxury mixed-use development brings a new kind of urban living to downtown Cape Coral, built around walkability, amenities, and local economic growth.

RTM designed the structure's concrete and steel frame to carry high-density residential loads, open amenity areas, and a 585-space parking garage with public parking. Our team tackled hurricane wind loads, floodplain elevation requirements, and rooftop features like the Sky Deck and pool, while planning ahead for EV charging and flexible retail space.

RTM provided structural engineering design for Caesars Republic Scottsdale, an 11-story, 265-room hotel sitting next to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Inside are two Italian restaurants, a 7,000-square-foot ballroom, meeting space, and a pool and lounge on the seventh-floor roof deck.

A defining feature of the hotel is its sweeping curved façade, which overlays a traditional square structural grid. Bridging these two distinct geometries presented a unique design challenge that required close coordination throughout the project. Working alongside the design team from concept through construction, RTM developed structural solutions that supported the architectural vision while delivering a successful outcome.

RTM is providing structural engineering for this mixed-use development, bringing more than 200 multifamily units to Springfield along with ground-floor retail, restaurant, and office space.

The project will roll out in four phases, starting with 72 new town homes. At its center, a mixed-use building will pair street-level storefronts with ADA-accessible units on the first floor and more residences above, all while keeping the neighborhood's urban character intact.
