I’ll probably ruffle some feathers with this one.

Some contractors will drive all over the internet trying to save $200 or $300 on a piece of equipment.

But then they’ll buy from a company that has zero interest in whether their business succeeds after the transaction.

That has never made sense to me.

Because the value of a supplier should be about a hell of a lot more than the number on the invoice.

Can they help you remove a stain you’ve never seen before?

Can they help you quote a commercial job?

Can they help you figure out what equipment actually makes sense for your company instead of just selling you the most expensive thing on the shelf?

Can they help you improve your cleaning process?

Can they help you become more efficient?

Can they give you ideas for marketing, commercial sales, rig setup, troubleshooting, and growth?

That’s the kind of company we’re trying to build at Wash Works Supply.

And there’s a reason for it.

We had no help.

When Nate and I were contractors, we had to learn so much of this the hard way.

Trial and error.
Expensive mistakes.
Bad advice.
No advice.
Companies happy to take the order and move on to the next customer.

We remember that.

And we decided we didn’t want to build another equipment supplier.

We wanted to build the company we wish we had when we were growing.

So yes, maybe someone online is $300 cheaper.

If price is the only thing that matters, we may not always be the right fit.

But if you want a supplier that actually gives a damn whether your company is better a year from now than it is today, that’s what we’re working to become every single day.

We don’t want you dependent on us.

We want you more knowledgeable.
More efficient.
More confident.
More profitable.
And better equipped to build the company you’re chasing.

That’s the mission.

We care because nobody was there to do it for us.

Buying better equipment won’t fix a bad process.

One of the biggest things we learned after years of washing professionally is that contractors usually don’t lose money because they can’t clean.

They lose money because of things like:

Underbidding jobs.
Too much drive time.
Equipment downtime.
Poor chemical application.
Crews taking twice as long as they should.
Buying equipment that doesn’t actually fit the work they’re doing.

That’s why when someone calls Wash Works Supply, we don’t just want to ask, “What pressure washer do you want?”

We want to know:

What are you cleaning?
How many jobs are you doing?
Are you working alone or running crews?
What slows you down right now?
Where do you want your company to be a year from now?

Because sometimes the answer isn’t buying more equipment.

Sometimes it’s changing your process.

Sometimes it’s learning a better cleaning method.

Sometimes it’s building a setup that lets you get one more job done every day.

Our goal isn’t just to sell contractors equipment. Our goal is to help contractors build better businesses.

That’s what Built by Washers, for Washers means to us.

We didn’t build Wash Works Supply just to sell pressure washing equipment.

We built it because we spent years in the field ourselves, and we know how hard it is to grow a business when you don’t have the right equipment, the right information, or the right people in your corner.

Our mission is simple:

Help our customers succeed.

That means providing more than products. It means sharing real-world knowledge, giving honest guidance, standing behind what we sell, and helping contractors make better decisions for their businesses.

Because at the end of the day…

When our customers succeed, we succeed.

Only 1% can stop the trailer in the box 👀🔥

But if you’re trying to stop guessing when it comes to your next pressure washing setup, that part’s easier.

At Wash Works Supply, we build professional pressure washing and soft wash rigs around the way contractors actually work — so you can stay organized, work faster, and show up ready for the job.

🎯 Think you can stop it?

6’ SKID — A LOT OF CAPABILITY IN A SMALL FOOTPRINT. 🔥

The goal with a skid like this isn’t to see how much equipment we can cram into 6 feet.

It’s to make sure everything has a purpose and everything is easy to use.

✅ Pressure washing
✅ Soft washing
✅ Electric Hose reels
✅ Organized plumbing
✅ Easy access for service and maintenance
✅ Built to keep the operator moving

A good skid should make your day simpler, not more complicated.

Pull up. Drop your hoses. Get the job done. Roll them back up and move on.

If you’re trying to figure out what equipment makes the most sense for the type of work you actually do, send us a message.

We’re always happy to talk through the options and help you build the right set

🔥 There’s a reason we build rigs like this.

Anybody can throw a pressure washer and a couple tanks on a trailer.

The goal is to build something that actually makes your day easier.

This setup has an 8 GPM @ 3,000 PSI pressure washer and a Comet P40 soft wash system.

More flow means faster rinsing and faster surface cleaning. The P40 gives you the output to handle house washing, roofs and larger soft wash work without relying on a small 12V system.

But what matters to us just as much is how the entire trailer works together.

Hose placement. Reel location. Plumbing. Tank placement. Serviceability. Easy flushing. Everything should have a reason for being where it is.

Because when you’re doing this every day, the little stuff matters.

We don’t want to just sell you equipment. We want to help you understand what equipment actually makes sense for the work you’re doing.

Not sure if you need 4 GPM, 5.5 GPM, 8 GPM, a 12V system, P40 or something completely different?

Send us a message. Tell us what kind of work you do and we’ll help you figure it out.

You tell us what you want the trailer to do and how you want it set up, and we’ll help bring it to life.

A QUICK HEADS-UP FROM WASH WORKS SUPPLY

We will be a little short staffed this week Thursday and Friday, and we wanted to let everyone know why

Nathan Anthony and Patrick are stepping away from the day-to-day operations for a few days to further educate ourselves on how to become better business owners, better leaders, and ultimately a better company for our customers.

We’ll be spending time learning about:

* Accelerated and sustainable growth
* Building better systems and processes
* Managing and leading a team
* Measuring the different areas of our company
* Creating accountability
* Inventory forecasting and planning
* Building repeatable processes that produce consistent results

You might be wondering…

Why does any of that matter to you?

Because becoming better business owners should directly translate into a better experience for our customers.

It means more consistent answers no matter which member of our team you talk to.

It means better inventory forecasting so the products you depend on are in stock more often and unavailable less often.

It means better systems so orders, repairs, builds and customer service are handled more consistently.

It means developing our team so that Wash Works Supply becomes an even stronger resource when you have a question, a problem or need help growing your business.

We believe something very strongly:

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it. And if you can’t repeat it, you can’t scale it.

The truth is, being a great washer or being able to build great equipment does not automatically make someone a great business owner.

That is something we are continuing to learn.

We have learned a tremendous amount since starting Wash Works Supply, but as the company grows, we know that we have to grow with it.

So we apologize if things take a little longer than normal this week. We appreciate your patience while we invest some time into becoming better for the washing community that has supported us.

We appreciate every single one of you.

We aren’t interested in just becoming a bigger company.

We want to become a better one.

⚠️ A SAFETY LESSON THAT CHANGED THE WAY WE BUILD

We wanted to share this because it happened to us, and if it can happen to us, it can happen to anyone in this industry.

We have always understood the chemistry behind mixing bleach and acid and how dangerous that reaction can be.

What we failed to fully consider was a situation where two separate component failures could allow those chemicals to come together inside the same enclosed system.

That is exactly what happened.

In one of our older 12V softwash systems, the battery leaked acid into the bottom of the box. At the same time, the softwash pump began leaking sodium hypochlorite.

Those two chemicals mixed inside the enclosure and created a dangerous gas exposure that significantly affected one of our technicians.

That was a major wake-up call.

The old design worked. It was compact. It looked clean. And it was a style of system used all over the industry.

But after seeing what could happen when things went wrong, we knew we had to change it.

Our new design keeps the battery isolated from the SH pump and chemical components so those two hazards are not sharing the same containment area.

The biggest lesson for us was simple:

You cannot only design equipment around how it works when everything is functioning properly. You have to design around what happens when something fails.

Pumps leak.
Fittings fail.
Batteries can leak.
Hoses can rupture.

Good design has to account for those possibilities.

We are sharing this because we are not interested in hiding a lesson just because we had to learn it ourselves. If this helps one contractor, one builder, or one technician avoid the same situation, then it is worth talking about.

We learned from it. We changed it. And we will never build it that way again.
