Proud to celebrate multiple projects recognized by the Historic Savannah Foundation for Excellence in Rehabilitation and Restoration.

Method was honored to provide MEP engineering services for two award-winning rehabilitations and one award-winning restoration, helping modernize building systems while preserving the character, history, and experience that make each property unique. From hospitality and culinary spaces to iconic local landmarks, these projects showcase the power of thoughtful adaptive reuse and collaborative design.

Congratulations to the owners, architects, contractors, and full project teams behind Municipal Grand, Savannah Culinary Institute, Streamliner Diner, and the many incredible preservation efforts recognized this year. Helping bring advanced veterinary care to our community is the kind of work that matters.

Method Engineering is proud to be providing MEP engineering services for Live Oak Veterinary Specialists as they expand into a new 11,000-SF specialty and emergency hospital here in Savannah.

This project is all about performance behind the scenes, designing systems that support critical care environments, advanced imaging like CT and MRI, surgical suites, and a full ICU. Every detail is engineered to ensure reliability, efficiency, and the highest standard of care for both patients and staff.

We’ve enjoyed collaborating with Choate Construction, Jonathan Clark Architects and Felder & Associates to help turn a thoughtful design into a high-performing facility.

Excited to see this one take shape and make a lasting impact in the region.
