A closer look at 916 MLK.

Designed to provide high-quality, affordable housing for Savannah families, this development brings together three residential buildings around a shared courtyard designed to foster connection and community.

Method Engineering Group provided MEPFP engineering for the project, supporting comfortable, functional homes and shared spaces for the families who will call 916 MLK home.

There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a new school year, especially when you’re starting it in new digs!

Method Engineering is thrilled to see the students, families, faculty, and staff of St. James Catholic School kick off a new year in their new space.

Ahead of the first day back, St. James gave everyone a sneak peek during Back-to-School Night, and the excitement says it all.

A new chapter is taking shape at SCAD’s Fieldhouse.

Method Engineering Group is providing MEP engineering for this new facility, led by Choate Construction Company and Lynch Architects. We’re excited to see this project progress and to contribute to a space designed to support the SCAD community for years to come.

With great teamwork, come great successes. Cheers to another accolade for our Municipal Grand project!

We’re still riding the high from abcofga’s Excellence in Construction Awards, where Municipal Grand took home an Award of Merit alongside the two other wins for our team. Three in one night. What an honor.

This adaptive reuse project transformed a 1960s-era banking landmark in Savannah’s Downtown Historic District into Municipal Grand, a high-end hospitality destination for Midnight Auteur Hotels, all while preserving one of the city’s most significant examples of International Style architecture. From a new rooftop pool to a woven-in egress stair to modern MEP systems integrated within an aging concrete frame, nearly every piece of this build meant reinforcing and reimagining what was already there.

Grateful doesn’t begin to cover it. None of this happens without our incredible design and trade partners, who brought the precision this award recognizes. Thank you.

Congrats to our project team and partners: Lynch Associates Architects , AAmp Studio, Tharpe Engineering Group, and Ward Architecture.
