Fertilizer tank back in service. The factory welds on this John Deere tank didn’t hold up over time, and cracks started to form. It happens.

We got it repaired and ready to get back to work.

Welding some aluminum straps on a diesel tank!

One of our clients stated that their disc needed to be repaired urgently. As can be seen, another party attempted a repair in this section previously, but it was unsuccessful. The repair process involved cutting out the old plate, gouging out the crack to good material, and applying welds to both the top and the bottom of the crack. A series of fishplates were also added for extra reinforcement, ensuring the part could be safely returned to service.

Another one done right 💪

We replaced a failed torsion bar bracket/plate on a crane for Evan’s Crane & Boom Service. After cutting out the damaged section, we extended it and burned in a new plate directly to the frame—stronger than factory.

Upgraded from a 3/16” plate to a 3/8” plate, so this issue doesn’t come back. Built to last, not just to pass.

Our business page was recommended for repair to get the customer operational again in time for the upcoming storm. We applied heat and successfully restored it to working condition. The customer is aware that the metal may be weaker due to the heating process and has already planned to install a new boss mount. We will be replacing the part we straightened out within a few weeks, providing the customer with a spare.💪🏽💪🏽

Another customer service matter has been resolved! We've applied small aluminum patches over existing welds to prevent further damage. Our practice is to reinforce with patches to halt the progression of cracks. Please contact us at 315-937-7672.

Pray for it, then prepare for it.... It will take longer, cost more, and require bigger sacrifice then you expect. But it will be worth it. God created you to be great! Don't settle for less!!
