PSA: I have assisted multiple people get their Sukup Manufacturing Co. Dryers with "keypad" controls working this fall and there are critical parts on these controls that are obsolete (no longer available) so I would advise anyone with these controls to make plans to upgrade their controls on the off season so you don't get caught in a bad position during harvest. There is a kit available for upgrading that is pretty simple to install for anyone who is competent with controls.

Another 650 miles to my next Sukup Manufacturing Co. Mixflow startup. Nice thing is this trip I am planning for 3 Sukup dryers, two SoyRoaster install supervising and one stop to look at a facility expansion that needs design work.

Curious if anyone on here has had one of these Prairie Grain Analyzers moisture testers. Couple questions.
How long have you owned it?
What has your experience been? Reliability and/or service when needed.

Yep that's a Sukup Manufacturing Co. TM2410 and I don't know of any other brand of Mixflow dryer that can safely dry 36% moisture corn down to 15% with a 240 degree top plenum and 220 degree bottom plenum without grain hanging up along end walls of columns. That machine is evaporating over 500 gallons of water per hr. Now if it had reliable automation we would be the winner.

Testing some new CAD software. I ran ARES CAD Software by Graebert for quite some time but the software issues are forcing me to change software as it has become unreliable for my level of design needs on my Linux Computer. Yes this drawing is just a flow chart as most my designs I don't share with the public. Octave Bricscad here we go
