Our new Spinner VC850-5A is officially running 24-hour production with the help of our Halter robot.

What makes this setup special — the Halter doesn't just load and unload. It flips parts out of 1st station and loads them into a 2nd vise, so parts come off the machine complete in one operation.

We want to extend a huge thank you to Spinner for the invite to their open house in Sauerlach, Germany. The factory tour was excellent, and it was exciting to see our next machine in action! The VC850-5A (5th axis VMC) will surely be a game changer for us. We looking forward to growing our company with Spinner!

We added a Halter Robot to our 5th axis. It now has the ability to load blanks, vises, or pallets. With this flexibility it allows us to automate a broader range of part sizes and shapes. 🇺🇸

We found a unique way to automate a machine that wasn't originally intended for automation. We are able to supply air with the robot to clamp/unclamp the vise. 🇺🇸

This week we took some time to recognize a special member of the Trinity Tool gang. As of the 10th, Ben has been with us for 10 years. He's stuck with us through a lot of ups and downs, all while keeping a consistent positive attitude. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for Trinity and all those you work alongside.

Our latest successful automation project, utilizing a Techman robot to load our Hyundai Mill. For just this run, our robot will save us from hand loading 1,800 parts!
Our simple fixture is 3d printed, and with just one we are able to get over an hour of unattended production.
