The House Food and Tap is Open!

✨ Proud to Reveal One of Our Latest Projects: The House Food & Tap! ✨

We're thrilled to share a project that’s been nothing short of incredible — The House Food and Tap in St. Joseph, MN! From concept to completion, this project has been an exciting journey with an amazing client, talented food vendors, top-notch professional service providers, skilled subcontractors, and a supportive community.

This was a true showcase of BCI’s Design-Build expertise. We had the opportunity to lead the charge — from assembling a talented team of architects, civil and structural engineers, and food equipment designers, to coordinating exceptional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other trades throughout a competitive Design-Build process.

The result? A vibrant space with thoughtful flow, creative finishes, and a meaningful theme: “Better Together.”

There’s no greater reward than watching a client’s vision come to life — from the first sketch to opening day. We’re proud to have been part of this journey and can’t wait to watch the success of this amazing destination continue for years to come.

Proud to be a part of this project. Our first experience with Dunkin Donuts was traveling out east to Boston years ago, and we fell in love. We couldn't be more excited to have them in our area and be a part the build!

Ground has officially been broken on a new Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in St. Cloud.

The application details a proposed Dunkin' Donuts with a drive-thru and indoor seating area for walk-in customers.
