Parks are where communities come together.

Our master planning services ensure recreational spaces meet evolving needs. For the Town of East Fishkill's Route 52 Recreation Complex, we resolved parking inefficiencies and pedestrian safety issues while incorporating a new pavilion, playground, and lit multi-use fields.

In Stanford, our community-driven master plan for SPARC Park includes everything from reconstructed tennis courts to a new dog park and pollinator meadows.

Our waterways are invaluable assets.

For the Town of Cicero, our planners are expanding the draft Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) for the Hamlet of Brewerton to encompass the Cicero’s entire waterfront, enhancing public access to the Oneida River, Oneida Lake, and Chittenango Creek.

The draft LWRP balances natural resource protection with tourism, paving the way for a visitor center, waterfront businesses, multimodal connections, creek side trails, fishing access, and kayak launches.

Walkable, connected downtowns are the heart of a community. On State Street in Schenectady, we are designing streetscape improvements that incorporate outdoor dining spaces, ADA accessibility, and storm water infiltration to ensure long-term health for landscape plantings.

Swipe to see the transformation of a piece of American history!

From 2024 to 2026, our team had the incredible honor of restoring the historic Hasbrouck House at Washington's Headquarters. We completed comprehensive repointing across the South, East, and West facades to breathe new life into the masonry. To ensure this landmark stands strong for generations to come, we also executed critical structural repairs on the South and East elevations.

We are incredibly proud of how this restoration turned out.
