A full-circle moment captured back in 2016 at Road Atlanta. That weekend, Steve Walker got to briefly meet my dad, Peter, Carl, and Andre for the first time. He snapped this photo of the three of them standing in front of his race car—one of those moments you don’t realize is special until later.

Fast forward to today… and now Steve owns the Herke 2002—the very car that beat him on that same track 10 years ago (Steve—forgive me if I’ve got that part wrong about Andre having the faster time… it just makes the story sound better 😄). Funny how things come around.

Back in the ‘90s, my parents were members of the Pantera Club of Northern California. I still remember one meeting at our house—our driveway was packed full of Panteras. It felt like a dream, and I was definitely the coolest kid on the block that day.

When they moved to Florida in the late ‘90s, there wasn’t an established club yet. Fast forward to today, and now there is! I’m grateful to have found such an amazing community with the Southeast Panteras.
