Emergency mobile trailer repair at Ken Thompson Boat Launch near Longboat Key.

This boat trailer had a badly bent tongue and wasn’t safe to put back on the road. Once I got everything cleaned up and inspected, the existing steel was still in solid condition—it just needed to be brought back into alignment.

Using controlled heat, a floor jack and hydraulic pressure, I carefully straightened the tongue back out. Once everything was true again, I boxed the damaged area with 1/4-inch steel plate to reinforce the original frame rail and add plenty of support.

The entire repair was completed on-site with the boat still loaded. Everything is solid again, and the customer was able to get back on the road safely.

Another repair for the guys over at Paving Crew Inc.

Three of the four hinges on this aluminum dump bed were either cracked or broken clean off. We got everything straightened back out, patched up the damaged areas, and welded the hinges back together so they could put the truck right back to work.

We shot right over, repaired all four damaged areas, and got everything sealed back up safe and secure.

The guys over at Paving Crew Inc. brought us this busted paver crane grapple to get back in working order.

With a massive 3-inch center pin, this wasn’t something you could just burn back together cold. We brought the steel up to over 400°F before welding everything back together, giving us the heat and pe*******on needed for a repair like this.

We cut a new 5-inch steel disc, drilled the mounting holes to their specifications, and welded a 1-inch threaded b**g to the center. Simple, solid, and ready to go back to work.

Another mobile commercial repair completed at Arlington Park Sarasota!

The stainless-steel perimeter tray around the pool had broken loose in several areas and started pulling away from the pool wall. Before welding, we carefully pulled everything back into position and secured it with clamps and bracing. Once everything was properly aligned, we welded the broken support brackets and secured the tray back in place.

This job required more than simply laying down a few welds—the setup and controlled repositioning were just as important as the repair itself.

Sometimes the smallest parts take the most work.

A client brought in a custom bike build that needed a one-off **stainless steel cable guide**, so we made one from scratch to fit the application.

Starting with a piece of **.125” 304 stainless steel**, the entire guide was laid out, cut, shaped, bent and finished by hand. The final piece received a clean **brushed stainless finish** to match the rest of the build.
