In 1941, Sarasota built its first public library. Eight decades later, it was structurally failing and at risk of being lost forever. We're proud to have been part of the team that changed that story. The restored Chidsey Library Building — now home to the Bay Park Conservancy — just received the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation's Award for Renovation, Rehabilitation and Adaptive Use.
