In 1941, Sarasota built its first public library. Eight decades later, it was structurally failing and at risk of being lost forever. We're proud to have been part of the team that changed that story. The restored Chidsey Library Building — now home to the Bay Park Conservancy — just received the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation's Award for Renovation, Rehabilitation and Adaptive Use.

Proud to be building something truly meaningful for the City of North Port.

The Circle of Honor is a new addition at North Port City Hall dedicated to honoring all branches of the U.S. militaryand featuring a special monument for our POW/MIA. Construction is underway, and we couldn't be more humbled to play a role in bringing this tribute to life.

Our Superintendent Chuck, a proud Marine Corps veteran himself, captured this progress video from the field. For Chuck and our entire team, this one is personal.
