Please be advised that updated Florida Building Code requirements regarding Munsell color ratings for swimming pool markings are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2027.

Under the updated requirements, markings designated as "dark" must have a Munsell color value between 0 and 5.5.

We encourage all pool builders, contractors, and industry professionals to familiarize themselves with these requirements to ensure compliance on applicable projects.
