Just in time for spooky season! We had this monster pile of a pump show up today in our yard today. She's a full rebuild.

Stop! Don't buy a Schwing before you hear what Corey has to say! In this video we compare a Schwing SP 500 against a Schwing SP 750-18. Bigger isn't always better. You really need to think about what types of jobs are your normal. If you are doing hundred yard plus commercial jobs regularly then a higher yardage machine is what you would want to get into. If you're not working in the large yardage commercial industry a bigger pump won't help you, it'll just cost you.

Corey goes over some common misconceptions. Bigger doesn't mean more pressure both of these pumps run at the same pressure (1,000 psi). One has 7 inch cylinders and the other has 6 inch cylinders. So naturally one will be pumping more yardage than the other.

Acumulators, it's a pressure thing. Is yours holding a charge?

The question is, how do you get a general idea how much pressure is left in your bottle without spenind the big bucks. Corey gives you the low down on how to check before you take it to a shop.

This method works for most brand line pumps. In the video Corey is demonstrating on a Schwnig SP 500. Every manufacturer is a little different when it comes to pressure settings, but the idea here works accross the board.

On Schwing line pumps ( except for the 305 ) Your accumulator should be running at 1450 psi.
