The entire structure is built using this interlocking “kit-of-parts” technique, where all elements are pre-cut, pre-drilled, delivered and assembled either on site or in the factory, depending on client and/or project specifications. We are the creators and suppliers of the building system, not the builders. Clients are free to select and contract directly with licensed builders who have been qualified to assemble mnmMOD homes.
